Scope of application
The following Standard Terms and Conditions shall exclusively govern the relationship between Rasa Musik Verlag (hereinafter also the Vendor) and the Customer. These terms shall prevail over any terms to the contrary of the Customer.
Order and conclusion of contract, Prices
Our prices include the statutory added value tax, currently 19% VAT and shall not be binding.
The Customer shall place his order for goods from the Vendor's website by means of the shop made available on the Vendor's website. The binding contract shall only be concluded by Vendor's acceptance of the order through the shop system ( or by e-mail or otherwise).
Delivery
Unless agreed otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer following receipt of the payment by the Vendor. Any details as to delivery dates shall be without obligation.
Terms of payment
The purchase price shown and shipping and handling costs shown, if any, shall be payable immediately net and without deduction of discount together with the order.
Retention of title and licence
Until paid for in full, the Vendor shall retain full title of the goods supplied. It shall be the Customer's responsibility to notify the Vendor of any change of address without being asked.
Right of revocation
In the case of orders for goods, the Customer shall be entitled to revoke the order within two weeks without specifying reasons in text form (in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to the above address) or by returning the goods in return for refund of the purchase price. The deadline shall be satisfied by the timely mailing of the revocation or of the goods. Return goods up to an order value of EUR 40.00 shall bear sufficient postage. A right of revocation shall not apply if the seal on the goods supplied (where appropriate audio products) has been opened by the Customer.
Data Protection
The Vendor shall only use the Customer's data provided on the occasion of orders for the handling of the order. The Customer shall be entitled to information and a right to correction, blocking and deletion of the data stored about him. All submitted personal details including your Address, Telephone Number, E-Mail-Address etc. are saved in-house only and will be kept private. We herewith guarantie that none of your information will be shared with other companies, institutions or third parties.
Backorder
If an item in your cart is out of stock, you will be charged immediately for this item and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock. You will incur no additional shipping charges on items that are out of stock.
Liability
We are not responsible for erroneous application or use, please check the goods on suitability towards the perspective utilization.
Applicable law and place of performance
for both parties is Munich Germany. German law shall apply. The applicability of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CSIG) is exluded.11.
